I was replaced by THREE H-1Bs on my last Silicon Valley job. Count 'em, THREE.

Although the company was legally required to pay 'prevailing wage' to H-1Bs, they still saved money. H-1Bs don't follow the prevailing wage, they set the prevailing wage.

3 for 1 makes no business sense. Those H1-B salaries can’t possibly be 1/3 of yours. May be the business was expanding? IDK....otherwise makes no sense.
