Yep, this Obama appointed judge from Oakland, California is ruling on the wall in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.
That is pretty much how I see it too.
Appeal to SCOTUS and have them overrule this insane political activist judge.
They need to arrest these judges for treason. They are indeed giving aid and comfort to our enemies. This is a military and national security issue and judges have no business interfering in it. Send the military police to haul this clown before a Tribunal.
The Founders would have taken care of these black-robed tyrants by now.
I notice the article does not mention the law that congress passed giving the POTUS the power to diver funds under a declared national emergency. fox is no better then any of the other msm propagandist.
This court should have refused cert and told the plaintiffs to file in DC.

Have A.G Barr inform the Judge that he is interfering with the national security of the USA, that he has no authority to do this and should he not refrain from this he will be arrested.

Yada yada yada. A president doesn’t have to honor any judge’s orders that interfere with his carrying out his duties to defend the country and its borders. Indeed, he should not do so. And any judge trying to meee with the national defense should be removed/ impeached !
