That means Pencil neck is free to present all that evidence he said they have.

If Schiff doesn't have the evidence, he's a liar and should be brought up on ethics charges and lose his committee seat(s). If he does have evidence, he should be brought up on obstruction of justice charges for intentionally withholding the info from the investigation.

Either way, he needs to be punished.
