I bet this guy sues the hospital, doctor, and nurses who did not instantly diagnose the “man’s” condition. If they had and had treated him as a female in Britain they would likely be liable for identifying her as a woman and subject to legal penalties.
A post-op tranny would not have a birth canal. A pre-op would still be a woman. This story confuses me. We need an autopsy on the baby, could have OD’d on some meds to facilitate the change.

It was a woman, period. The surgery she had wasn’t sex-reassignment so much as it was brain reassignment surgery with attendant physical mutilation.
The story is doubly tragic because even the Federalist is infested with the PC disease and unable to report in common sense language any more.
This is what confuses me: the article says she had had sexual reassignment surgery. How could she have gotten pregnant? Did the doc leave the previous plumbing intact? If so, why did “he” have sex with a man? Was “he” a homosexual?
All the above, if it needs saying, is hypothetical, since genes control the determination.

I’ve read through nearly all the postings.
One concern [among a multitude of them] is how a developing infant in utero handles the hormone injections/pills that a grans person is getting.
In this instance the baby was a boy, and his mother was taking presumably testosterone to make her/him appear as a male. That would not be a normal environment for any baby.
If the child had been a female, the concern about too much testosterone becomes even more insidious. What would that baby girl emerge from the womb/mother look like? Would she be presenting as an intersex child? This is serious stuff we are dealing with here.
