Yup, it seems that going into that meeting the D’rats thought they had him right where they wanted him, about to surrender two trillion dollars to the House finance committees to direct as they damn well pleased (pretty handy for electioneering). Coming out, they realized they’d just seen Trump cross the Rubicon; they’d just hurled the last straw of all their devious plots intended to disable Trump, and he gave them a big smile and a big middle f.
There may or may not be an ensuing civil war, but the forces of truth will be unleashed on them like they’ve never imagined. The D’rats will be rueing the day they did this for a century, hopefully longer.
