I do wonder is this all disinformation to protect Obama. I.e. is there a report he can point to and say “that is the report I saw”. One that may seem something that should be acted upon. Or was it a different report depending on to whom it was being sent to ellicit the appropriate reaction. In the second case then who was directing it? Direct from Hillary maybe?
