(Following a meeting of House Democratic leaders), Speaker Nancy Pelosi said they "believe the president of the United States is engaged in a cover-up."
HOUSE SPEAKER NANCY PELOSI: The committee chairs who are doing their oversight of the activities of the Trump administration presented to the caucus. Mr. Cummings talked about the Mazer decision that was very favorable for us -- the court ruled in favor of the House Democrats. Maxine Waters talked about the Deutsche Bank case which is in court today in New York. Mr. Schiff of the Intelligence Committee talked about the documents that now the Justice Department is willing to present to the Intelligence Committee.
So those are three current, within the last 72 hours, examples of the progress we have made to get the truth for the American people.

If the impeachable offenses are in plain sight, then Nancy should have no trouble describing them. But what we get fluffy, imprecise nerf balls which are about as illuminating as the phrase “deep state.”

I think Pelosi knows impeachment is a "loser" for the Democrat/Left Party but she is clearly unable to control the extreme Left wing of her party (which is already mostly Leftist anyway) which is why she is so clearly desperate.
I don’t know how it will end. I will say I watched the entire press conference this morning and I was impressed by one fact. The President is wholly and truly pissed. I’m confident he would not have embarked down this road without a plan and my assessment is it’s going to get ugly soon. Cummings is already being scrutinized for charity fraud, I don’t think that’s a coincidence this was announced yesterday. I think there are more of these little surprises in store, and then the treason crew is going to be indicted.
