At this point the terms of a second referendum likely will not include any no-deal Brexit option, meaning that the terms will have been unilaterally changed from those of the first referendum by the government before the vote even begins. We’ll know by this time next week if this is even politically viable, but I’m thinking that horse is deader than Seabiscuit.
A second referendum is too late. Pointless.
However, the terms of the first referendum were so vague that even if a second referendum does not include a no-deal option, it is no “change” - The first referendum said “do you wanna leave?” and nothing more
