Why not just ban females from politics and other traditionally male endeavors?

Do it. The backlash will be swift and disastrous for Twitter.

Feminist Petition To Ban Trump From Twitter

Yet further proof of the validity of the appellation 'feminazis'.

When Democrats hate what rational voices say against their plans, then they must be silenced. When that fails, then the message & messenger must be destroyed.

The public utility thing could be big. Once a media company starts censoring posts, don’t they assume some liability for what is posted? Conversely, if they (the company) pleads “public utility”, and avoids censorship; doesn’t that give them a large measure of protection, from liability for anything posted?

I only signed up for Twitter because President Trump uses it. Turns out I don’t need it because Twitter does not really keep me apprised (by email) of when the president Tweets. I get this from the news or get emails directly from his opt-in email list.

If the president leaves or gets banned, I will also close my Twitter account. I suspect there are millions of people like me, some of whom may actually use Twitter.

Yes. Once they start censoring content beyond the basic “no child porn” type rules, they become publishers and liable for what they allow to remain up.

Right now, liberal bullies want it both ways. They want to be able to censor everyone from ex-Muslims to ex-gays but not be responsible for SJWs posting literal death threats and organizing violent Antifa encounters.

PragerU is suing them for viewpoint discrimination via demonetization.

I can’t find the status of a lawyer’s suit against Youtube and Big Tech for collusion to shut out competition like Subscribestar. That’s where Google, Facebook and Patreon deplatformed and demonetized people, so the conservatives tried to move to a different crowdfunding platform. Then Subscribstar and another similar service had Paypal and Mastercard withdraw financial processing services, while Google essentially hid them from search results and social media downranked them / hid their content.
