Heroin Is Vanishing as Fentanyl Swamps Streets

There was a 60 Minutes episode on a couple weeks back that stated according to the DEA/FBI that most Fentanyl coming into the US is shipped from China. It is being sent through the US MAIL. Not Fedex or UPS. The United States postal system. It is worth watching this 60 Minutes segment.

In some cases the fentanyl is shipped inside a container to a US port. Then trucked to a distribution center. From there it is mailed to local dealers around the country. In other cases it is mailed directly from mainland China.

This is another stupid deal the US postal service made that allows cheap imports from China. It is cheaper to mail a package from China, than it is inside the US. That is why there are companies on EBAY that sell and ship directly from China to you in the US.

The postal service is behind UPS and FEDEX in installing the scanning equipment that these non governmental shipping companies were mandated to install. Therefore, the drug smugglers are taking advantage of this loophole while it lasts.

Keep in mind a 1-2 once package of Fentanyl is toxic enough to kill thousands of people. One or two grains can literally kill you. When they showed a table full of packages on TV the FBI agent was wearing rubber gloves as was Scoot Pelly. Just touching the powder can kill you.

Fentanyl is a derivative developed from a tranquilizer for elephants. It is used by surgeons all over the world. My son was given it as part of his medication when his wisdom teeth were removed.

To that public execution, I’d add child traffickers, human traffickers, and pimps.

Turn ourselves into Singapore and see how long it takes for people to ‘straighten up’.

Public canings for spitting on sidewalk or ‘touching’ art, lop off the offending hand/whatever for various crimes, mass hangings in the town square with mandatory attendance and you will have people afraid to ‘cough/fart in public’.

Once you have EVERYONE’S attention, revert to normal with the option to ‘break out the cane’ etc and we will have a ‘nice society’.

Of course, as long as we are ‘dominated’(ARE we dominated?) by a society that thinks it normal to kill a baby in the womb but let an adult mass murderer live, grinds and humiliates people who have ‘made it on their own’ while fawning over those that have ‘walked into wealth’

The opposite approach would be fentanyl for everybody... Let God sort them out. But that’s not very humanitarian. Because people who wouldn’t take drugs necessarily could very well be affected by drug users in negative ways. So as all things being Bastiate and his great work “The Law” we have to make the punishment painful so that people will not continue and their pursuit of crime, because stealing is easy and not hard. And taking drugs is easy because it provides an escape and addicts can steal to get more drugs... so the need to make the punishment more painful than the crime is Bastiate 101.

The Chinese have another method, a single bullet into the cerebellum.

When I was in college my project team made dirt cheap drugs in China.

For our Master's Project, we cloned two heart drug that were not patented in a particular European country so were able to read the ingredients off the US patent and make a generic in the country where it wasn't patented - not that the Chinese would have cared anyway.

It is surprising how easy it is to order a bunch of drugs from China and have them sent anywhere in the world in days.

Even new ones that are little known.

Later, one of the members of my team actually executed the project and made millions.

That is really EXCELLENT!
I was going to say that if a woman has the right to murder her baby she should also be free to risk her own death via Fentanyl or heroin.
Just don’t tell me as a taxpayer that I must provide a syringe of naloxone ..... if things go t-i-ts up.

Very good point... most heroin ad,dicts have emotional and mental issues... escaping reality, to some degree is something they they do pursue... “self-medicating” knowingly or unknowingly.

Many cannot kick the habit, even after long rehabs, until they address the underlying issues driving the desire.

My daughter appears to be one of the furtunate ones... she almost died... but now seems to be moving forward in her recovery. She had an extremely poor self image... which led to many unheaathy choices and victimizations... but only through God’s grace, and I really mean that, has she crawled out of the hole that she was trapped in.

Do y’all know how much of our drugs and drug components come from China? What percentage of drugs for our military come from China? How many American drug manufacturers China undersold and put out of business (after working supply deals with them)?

Just as there was a shift from beer to liquor during Prohibition. Sellers and users want it easier to hide.

Praise God your daughter made it - my daughter almost dies several times and had similar issues...today she is a successful RN and mother of 3 beautiful children.
