And yet some of them insist they can accurately predict calamitous temperatures, weather events and extinctions 10, 20, 100 years from now – based on computer models whose temperature predictions are already a degree Fahrenheit above what satellites are measuring … and that rely primarily or solely on carbon dioxide, while downplaying or ignoring fluctuations in solar energy and cosmic ray output, the reflective properties of clouds, El Niño events, ocean current shifts, and other powerful natural forces.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
We need to point the finger at the real problem.
Patriots are reminded that not only have the states never expressly constitutionally delegated to the unconstitutionally big federal government the specific power to make policy in the name of INTRAstate environmental protections, but consider this.
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Even if the states had given the feds the express constitutional power to make environmental protections, it remains that the Founding States had made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide these clauses from Congress (sarc), to clarify that all federal legislative / regulatory powers are Congress’s responsibility, not the responsibility of the executive or judicial branches, or the responsibility of non-elected bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies like the EPA or the IRS.
By front-ending “federal” legislative powers, actually stolen state powers in most cases, with non-elected bureaucrats, career lawmakers are able to let such agencies do their dirty, unpopular, unconstitutional legislative work for them, thus protecting their voting records.
And by protecting their voting records, corrupt lawmakers are able to exploit low-information voters, voters who have probably never been taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers, by fooling them into reelecting them.

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also promise to support PDJT in working with the new Congress to surrender state powers that the post-17th Amendment ratification feds have been stealing from the states back to the states.
And to make such changes permanent, patriots also need to support PDJT in working with the states to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.

If they seriously thought carbon or carbon dioxide was a danger, they would be working day and night to stop carbon emissions from volcanoes, which spew more carbon in a single day than all human history. The whole “environmental catastrophe” hoax is just a bad excuse for taking taxpayers’ money.

Draft Procedure
1. Assemble a commission of esteemed scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and statisticians to review ALL climate-related government documents.
2. Statisticians will with 100% certainty find and compile an official report that statistical procedures and algorithms were used inappropriately and with intent to deceive. This is certain because such fraud has already been observed but there is a need for an official report as a reference.
3. Subpoena all authors, editors, policy writers aka collectively ‘climate alarmists’ and challenge them under oath against evidence of flawed science procedures.
4. Charge alarmists who knowingly engaged in pseudo-science and did so with the intention to deceive, charge them with felonious fraud and larceny of public funds to further their fraud.
5. Build public trust by extending the tasks and expanding the scope of NASA, NOAA, and other appropriate science agencies (after they have been scrubbed of ideologues) with satellite monitoring of the Sun’s activity and effects on the Earth’s surface including notable correlational effects, if any, with Earth’s greenhouse gases. In conjunction with this new scope statement, NASA’s analysts and engineers shall configure all related sensors in a global monitoring system to be free of placement errors, to be robust with different modalities of sensory input, to have inferences anchored in known historical almanac context, to mark historical gaps where observed, to restrict any inferences from said marked gaps, to build the knowledge base scientifically free from politicization. to hold annual reviews of all involved scientists and analysts to ascertain their results and potential biases.
6. In this arena of official climate review, set the standard for scientific conduct so high that careers are on the line if not complied with. Along these lines, require every ten years compulsory climate analysis participation duty from any scientific Ph.D. level researcher of any scientific, engineering, and mathematical discipline WHO RECEIVES GOVERNMENT GRANT FUNDS with warnings that failure to comply with the standards set forth in said required duty will result in forfeiture of all existing grant funds and suspension of all future grant opportunities, as well as withholding of any federal funds from any institution that continues to employ such noncompliant members.
7. Hold review panels that challenge all results and inferences from climate analyses assembled and proffered by climate duty members. If there are no results or inferences of note, the duty members shall write in an annual report deliverable highlighting no notable changes or no substantial observations. This curtails a tendency of scientists to engage in scientific conspiracy theory fostering scientific sensationalism. However, scientists and engineers on duty may close out their reports recommending upgrades in sensory equipment and processing, with remarks as to the limitations of their conclusions based on current sensory modes and processing systems.
8. In concert with all the above science procedure and any of its periodic revisions, a military-affiliated scientific hacker team shall be formed to observe, reveal, and identify any and all attempts to twist, thwart, subvert, skew any of the established procedure to effect a political outcome that ‘games the system’. Said hacker group shall provide their findings to the climate review panel who in turn shall use said findings in a checklist that is required to be used in their review of reports written by climate duty analysts. This strengthens review panel members prescriptively and minimizes the possibility they are ‘snowed’, ‘snookered’, ‘compromised’. The climate analysis review panel report shall have statutory results applied to noncompliant climate duty members.
The above draft procedure starts a direction towards quashing climate change fraud and its false ideology and sets a mood that it is not a game as people’s livelihoods and careers are on the line. This approach also takes climate analysis activity out of the political area where it is seen today that abuse runs rampant.
