Problem is that in PA, 49% of likely voters will support Biden for sure. Trump probably is at 40% right now and he’ll have to fight like hell to get remaining 10% voters. An uphill battle but still doable.

Western PA has record low unemployment numbers according to an article I saw the other day. I saw a lot of these people and areas affected by the atrocious policies of the former administrations. That could make up the 10% right there. They have jobs and hope again and the attitude must of improved.
If Trump can pull five points away from Biden, he goes from 40% vs 49% to 45% vs 44%. If he can pull ten points from Biden, it becomes 50% vs 39%.
