Those emulating Christ will for example love their enemies — even to the point that they’ll not hold back calling for poofters to repent even Pugh it’s easier to get along just going silent — while those emulating Mohammad will be a violent, murdering, plundering and slaving.
So, if you define extremists as being violent there is a clear inequality between “Christian” extremists and Muslim extremists in that the “Christians” will not be emulating Christ all that well where the Muslims will be emulating Mohammad rather well.

I know it’s difficult for decent folk to really consider what homosexuality is, but that difficulty doesn’t make it otherwise. It’s disease: viruses, other infections, substance addiction, physical abuse, physical problems that would make a ER doc gag. That’s the reality. Have a few beers with an ER doctor. The conversation will inevitably turn to the variety of things they have pull out of the backsides of queers on a regular basis. Yes, it’s all of them. Buttigieg is right. But what he conveniently ignores are the percentages. If you define an extremist as someone who wishes harm upon “unbelievers”, what percentage of Christians are extremists? I’d say less than 1/10 of one percent.
Now, what percentage of Muslims are extremists? I’d say 70%, at least.
