Well, dang, I understand adrenaline running, but that is some bad shooting.
I would guess after the fireworks started some of those rounds were for cover so teams could get closer and or move in to setup on the suspect.

You get it. Many here do not understand the concepts of suppressive fire. The way I would word it, “The bad guy fired six rounds that caused no injuries to the police while they fired back, moved in on him, and made him good and dead.” This is winning one for the good guys people. I salute the SWAT Team.
bingo. Its called suppressive fire. Although Im not sure its a very smart tactic to use in a civilian apartment complex.
