In August 2008, back when it mattered, the Washington Post ran a 10,000-word article by its Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter David Maraniss titled, “Though Obama Had to Leave to Find Himself, It Is Hawaii That Made His Rise Possible.” For reasons that will soon become clear, Maraniss should have excused himself from this assignment once he discovered the identity of the man in Hawaii who made that rise possible.
Barack Obama referred to this man in his 1995 memoir, Dreams from My Father, as “Frank.” If there was any mystery to Frank’s identity, Gerald Horne, a leftist scholar from the University of Houston, dispelled it in a March 2007 speech. Horne identified “Frank” as “an African-American poet and journalist by the name of Frank Marshall Davis.”<
Davis, Horne acknowledged, “was certainly in the orbit of the CP – if not a member.” Horne was pulling his punches. “Here are the facts and they are indisputable,” wrote historian Paul Kengor in his insightful 2012 book, The Communist -- Frank Marshall Davis: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mentor. “Frank Marshall Davis was a pro-Soviet, pro-Red China, card-carrying member of Communist Party (CPUSA). His Communist Party card number was 47544.”
As Kengor observed, Obama dedicated 2500 words in Dreams to Davis, who “surfaces repeatedly from start to finish, from Hawaii to Los Angeles to Chicago to Germany to Kenya... from the 1970s to the 1980s to the 1990s.” Indeed, the two were sufficiently close that the young Obama wrote two poems about Davis -- a story I broke in February 2010 -- and Davis appears to have written one poem about Obama. I should add that in addition to being a card-carrying communist, Davis was a bisexual pornographer with at least a fictional taste for sex with minors.

No, it seems like it was Grandpa , who was a crony of Frank Davis. Grandpa ostensibly thought BHO needed a ‘black male role model’ so he encouraged a , uh , er, ‘relationship’ between his confused grandson and Frank Davis. Creepy but true.
That’s certainly one version floating around. We know that Gramps and Frank were friends but we’ll never know what actually happened behind closed doors.

The poem “Pops” by Obama was about Frank Marshall Davis. It reeks of homosexual exploitation and boundary crossing by Davis. Journalists never ventured much into the realm. Obama’s marijuana suppliers were also a homosexuals couple. One killed the other in a fit of rage.

How often does an author go to the trouble of providing only a partial name of an individual described at length as one who had a significant influence on their development? Obama knew damn well Davis was a member of the CPUSA. The CP network around the globe knew exactly who "Frank" was and had to be giddy with excitement about having their boy in the Oval Office.
The typical voter, of course, especially those who were not readers of the CP's reshaped Daily Worker did not have a clue. The FBI records almost certainly left no doubt, so the question is how many R politicians were aware of the relationship? It is believed by some that Brennan altered or concealed CIA files, one wonders who may have altered or concealed FBI files?
McCain wanted the money but not the job. His cronies needed the payoff after all his years in AZ.
It’s worthy of speculation, but my take on 2008 is that mccain was just following orders to take a dive, and wasn’t smart enough to look into the rumors.

Investigative reporter Diana West has a new book out called RED THREAD which traces the Communist pasts for an amazing number of folks in a web embracing the Russia Hoax.
I haven’t finished it yet, but I believe that a common Leftist ideology played some part in this plot—not in the sense of acting on behalf of Russia, but in favor of the Clintons for their globalist and left world view.
Further, I believe that the many times these folks covered up scandal and illegal acts for the Clinton were the main reason they were so invested in her election and needed an insurance policy to try to protect themselves in case the incredible happened and Trump was elected.
