Well now we know. We have been wondering who recommended this deep state hack. Such a wasted opportunity. Wray got many Rat votes to confirm, we have seen why.

His problem was that he never spent even one minute in political office before running for President. As a result, he didn't have a circle of trusted confidants who would be willing to step into these senior cabinet roles.
Actually, I should correct myself. He certainly had a few trusted confidants who were willing to step into these roles. The problem was that they were crooked @ssholes like Michael Cohen who had no business being within 200 miles of the White House under any circumstances.

Not only that, as we’ve seen with Kavanaugh, the Democrats have a strategy of making life a living hell for anyone who wants to work for the Administration.
I blame Wray squarely on president Trump. I know nothing but in 2 minutes of watching his confirmation I didn’t like the guy. I think I mentioned such here. President Trump has exceeded my wildest expectation, his personal choice have often been terrible and that was an area I thought was his strong suit. I guess most of these empty suit crooks are brilliant BS artists.

What I read, early on, was that unlike most politicians (which Trump was not), Trump had business friends & was unfamiliar with a lot of the folks needed to fill the job in his new administration. He focused on ‘winning’ & when he won, his transition team was behind. He also had to rely on people like Reince Priebus & other “pols” to get into their Rolodexes & recommend people. I believe this is true, but that being said ..... Trump HAS made some awful choices. Without rehashing them all, Wray is currently the most obvious, in-your-face Deep Stater in a significant position. He exposed himself in his latest Congressional testimony when he back-stabbed Barr with his comments:
“That’s not the term I would use,” Wray said, while adding “different people use different colloquial phrases.”
The comment came during questioning from Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), who also asked Wray if he had evidence of illegal surveillance.
“I don’t think I personally have any evidence of that sort,” Wray said. [My comment: Boy, is this ‘weasel working’!!]

Shortly after Barr was sworn in, the Mueller probe came to an end - he refused to go along with indictments without very strong probable cause. Weissman quit the next day. Shortly after Barr was sworn in, he called a spade a spade & tagged the Deep State with “spying” & exploded Leftist heads. Now he’s appointed Durham & evidently Durham has been on the job longer than the Dems knew .... probably taking criminal referrals from Horowitz. Durham is also investigating the CIA involvement .... hmmmmm. With all of this action by Barr (I’m waiting for RESULTS since I’ve been disappointed before), I expect Wray’s days are numbered. With his round eyeglasses & chubby cheeks, Barr comes across on the surface as fairly benign, but evidently, per people who know him, he’s got a lot of warrior in him, believes in upholding the law, and I believe he recognizes the total hell Trump and his family have been put through the last two years for a hoax & he wants to make sure it doesn’t happen again. As I said, “results” are what I’m waiting for and I think (and anticipate) pretty boy Wray ‘leaving’ is going to be one of them.

Re firing deep state puke Chris Wray, what’s Trump waiting for? Chris Christie was the governor of New Jersey, a state that the Mafia Organized Crime Syndicate literally owns. One would have to be really naive to believe that Christy was not mob affiliated. If he weren’t, it’s a given that he would never have been the governor of NJ.

Simple. Sessions recusing himself passed decision making to Rosenstein acting AG and Andrew McCabe acting FBI Director. Trumps friends and allies? Not hardly. Rosenstein Mueller and Weissman.

No offense, but you really ought to go back and review the time line of events in early 2017 so you get the facts straight before you post so many verifiably false things here.
When Sessions recused himself Comey was still the Director of the FBI. Comey wasn't fired until two months later.

Trump at the time, probably didn’t have a heck of a lot of options, I knew this was going to be one of his biggest issues.
Christie didn’t make 10% of the bad/Deep State personnel choices that Javanka did. And of course he isn’t responsible for it ultimately either.
Kushner had booted Christie amd taken control of the transition/nominating process before Trump named anyone to anything.

Donald Trump knew he was stepping into a massive den of corruption. He didn't need a group of political hacks to tell him all about this. He'd been dealing with @ssholes like these Beltway swamp creatures for years.

My original comment was that Sessions recusal put Rosenstein in charge as acting AG, and as an immediate consequence, Mueller and Weissman were put in play.
I never mentioned dates - only a chain of events.
