This RDD telephone survey was conducted from May 9 14, 2019 throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
Responses are reported for 978 self-identified registered voters with a margin of sampling error of +/- 4.2 percentage points, including the design effect.
The survey includes 431 registered Democrats with a margin of sampling error of +/- 6.2 percentage points, including the design effect. Margins of sampling error for subgroups are available upon request.
Surveys are conducted with live interviewers calling landlines and cell phones. All data was collected and tabulated by the Quinnipiac University Poll.

This is one of those fraudulent Push-Polls created for propaganda / advocacy purposes, rather than to generate useful data. Their purpose is to show such an overwhelming support for the 'Rat candidate that a few gullible swing voters will be persuaded to follow what they think is the vast majority's opinion.
They deliberately skewed the results *for* Democrats in two ways. Firstly, they went after "voters" rather than "likely voters".
Secondly, instead of using the publicly available, up-to-date, county clerk-maintained registered voter lists, they instead apparently called random Pennsylvania phone numbers, and let respondents "self identify" as registered voters!
Gosh, I wonder which side of the political spectrum is more likely to lie about whether they're really registered, eh?
BTW, note this methodology also allows illegal immigrants to "self-identify" as legal residents.
One might ask what Quinnipiac said about Hillary vs Trump back in 2016...
