Comey is such a weasel I have no doubt that he has secret recordings of Brennan giving orders and will use them if necessary.
Agree though I would reverse the order.

Brennan - happy enabler!
Simply because Comey’s been in the Clinton pocket longer.
Brennan is the chief culprit and Comey is the happy enabler.

The key questions to focus on are: (1) who were the members of the cabal that knew what was going on, (2) who originated and orchestrated the plot, and (3) was Obama’s White House involved? There will be an inclination to isolate some of the culprits as key players but this was an expansive plot spanning several agencies.
Hold every one of them accountable for their participation in this subversion. Send them all to the Tower.
