Actually ity appears that JORDAN wasn’t sure. He called him “Huber” at one point and Levin corrected him.
Also, this was in 2018. Barr dsidn’t become AG until 2019...John H. Durham wasn’t appointed until 2/22/19 so whichever Durham was being referred to in the testimony could NOT have been appointed by Barr.
