Down here we have the Double A Southern League team, the Montgomery Biscuits, I kid you not.

I've never been to a single game. My kids have. Said it was boring, but they're not really into sports.

The Huntsville Stars moved to Biloxi in 2014.

Huntsville has a new team in the Southern League called the--and once again, I kid you not-- Rocket City Trash Pandas. Here's their logo:

Germans used to sing that Ole song every where...

OLAY... olay, olay, olay. OLAY. Olay.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2p6WjKc_ds

Hated it. Even heard it hiking in the Black Forest in the middle of nowhere.

Well, popular opinion may not be an issue, but what would happen if there was a huge economic depression because Xi couldn’t make a deal with Trump? The people would go nuts. They would not willingly go back to the austerity of the previous generation without a fight. Young millennials in the Party would use this to challenge Xi. Who knows what else would happen? War to take the populace’s mind off bad times? Stepped up, massive Soviet style repression? A return to the Cultural Revolution? Even a democratic uprising?

I am not sure how the Chines middle class ~300 million strong would react. But China has issues and enemies on their borders - The Russians. the Indians, the Vietnamese.

IF the U.S. can withstand a Two/Three year stock-market, economic slump we may be able to address the China issue.

I am hearing a number of U.S. based organizations are looking at moving manufacturing from China to India, Vietnam, Philippines. - But this will take time, and if it succeeds, there will be local Tigers to deal with the RED Chinese.

There was that one moment in the first half when Liverpool was ahead and Man City was down a goal. Short lived though!

Great season for Liverpool and much respect for Man City.

My high school soccer coach always said ties are like kissing your sister, and Liverpool had too many of those 1-point decisions during the season.

No worries...On to June 1st against Tottenham for Champions League title...And right back at it in August for the 2019-20 BPL season!!

It is not whether Biden-Harris can beat Trump, but how many votes Kasick will garner as an I. It did not take much (18.91%) for Ross Perot to topple incumbent GHWB and give Bubba a plurality (albeit no majority).

Kasick is flying below the radar because media will not let the cat out of the bag. I see where he and John Legend (from Springfield, OH) will head an Ozy Fest in New York. He is popping up in all sorts of venues, getting his name out there, but stealthily. He does not fail to comment critically on everything Trump does or says. You can bet Krystal, Mitt, Flake, Ryan and what’s left of McCain’s band of baddys will be there helping him undermine the R nominee.

Good for you. Last TV I watched was Sarah Palin’s VP acceptance speech at the Republican Convention, Sep 3, 2008. How ‘bout you?

I for one do not see the parallel here. GB1 - READ MY LIPS did himself in and the people did not come out to support him.

This time Trump has a really loyal set of the Electorate - 40-45% maybe more

The Dems are the party that has the Perot problem this time around

I’m with you 100% on your 4 moves suggested for Fox News. Better yet, convince Limbaugh into backing a new conservative network and make these folks significant stockholders.

A 50 lb Mahi would hit the spot. Best tasting delicacy in the world IMHO. Last week my buddy and I found a floating cargo net and scored 12 mahi’s in about 30 minutes. All 20 pounds plus right off the Lanai west shore.

Well then, the Republicans need to go after their votes, first generation Americans are among the most gung ho patriots.

A myth. Immigrants vote more than two to one Dem. They favor big government with more government services. Dem identity politics work.

C'mon, of course there's a popular vote at the state level. You were talking about the national total, and there is no national "popular vote" except to the RATs, who for this reason want to abolish the electoral college system.

The Dems want to abolish the electoral college because they want to hasten the process. Even with the electoral college, the Dems will eventually control enough states to have a lock on the Presidency. VA is just one example. There are plenty of purple states trending blue. It is just a matter of time.

Never mind the "red state/blue state" map. When you look at the county-by-county national electoral map, you can see the cities, Indian reservations, and border counties CLEAR AS A BELL.

LOL. Now that is irrelevant. We don't decide elections on the basis of territory controlled.

When you have California motor/voter fraud registering illegals to vote (and they do)...120+% voters (multi-voting) in Filthydelphia et al, and 60 million illegal aliens nation-wide residing and voting in US elections....take all that away and recalculate your totals.

You can eliminate all the illegals and CA will still be solid blue. It is not going to be Rep. In Philadelphia, voter fraud is controlled by the Dems, which involves primarily the black population, which comprises 43% of the city's population. Hispanics are 14%.

I have been a election officer and poll watcher in NoVA for almost 20 years. I can assure you that the reason VA is solid blue has more to do with demographic changes than voter fraud. I am not dismissing voter fraud whether it is in Chicago or Pittsburgh. The point is that immigration is changing the country electorally. Ignoring that fact is just nonsense.

We have a Cuban who escaped Cuba as a child with her family. An amazing story and loves America completely. She is a true warrior for this country since she saw what was taken from her father by Castro including her uncle being executed.

Not to sound overly pessimistic but the chances that Horowitz and/or Huber expose major wrongdoings in the Department of Justice are very unlikely. The dance has been perfected by Christopher Wray. He can give you 20 paragraphs on “life inside a ping pong ball.”
