MARION COUNTY, Oregon, May 10, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – Two parents in Oregon have filed a million-dollar lawsuit against Woodburn School District over a second-grade teacher they say took it upon himself to give their eight-year-old son one-on-one gender lessons after erroneously assuming the boy was transgendered.
The Nellie Muir Elementary School student had special permission to use a staff restroom due to a digestive condition, but a female teacher allegedly noticed him entering the restroom and assumed it was due to gender discomfort, the Salem Statesman Journal reported. The lawsuit alleges that the teacher pulled the boy out of recess to show him videos and books "in an effort to promote (him) becoming transgender.”
The teacher allegedly developed a lesson plan without any authorization from the school district in April 2018, keeping him alone in a classroom and not letting him go to recess until he got through various videos and books. The materials included the book I Am Jazz and episodes of the TV series of the same name, as well as Who are You? The Kid's Guide to Gender Identity.
The materials came recommended by an "unknown non-school employee transgender individual," according to the lawsuit.
This went on for three sessions over the course of a week, at the end of which the teacher told the boy to share the books with his parents, who were extremely shocked to find out that she would expose (their son) to various sexual concepts, such as the difference between male and female body parts," according to their attorney, Edgar Diaz. The teacher’s actions "constituted an extraordinary transgression of bound of socially tolerable conduct."

Parents can sue all they want, but he’s already been deeply exposed. What has been seen by him cannot be unseen. Disgusting vile filth is running the public school system. Yet decent people continue to send their kids there.
Doing away with this particular teacher in some glosriously gruesome fashion won't solve the problem. The problem isn't one single teacher who is a pervert. The problem is leftist propaganda has replaced actual education throughout our government indoctrination system. Government must be removed from power over education, and never again entrusted with it.

Yeah - not sure what sex the teacher was born with. Is it even a teacher. What the heck is a “non-school employee”?
And why - if transgenders get so mad when you identify them with the wrong pronoun or sex - why do they identify themselves as transgenders. Just say “I’m a girl!”
For some reason I would imagine that the teacher is a male that identifies as a female. I’m guessing that most people that would reach out to guide a person to the trans-cult are male-to-female.
Well - this was just one individual boy. It’s not like the teacher was trying to teach an entire class. But yes, hopefully the other parents will rally around them. (Maybe they can angle into some of the money from the lawsuit!?)
Grooming is the suspicion that leaps to mind. Perhaps not. Perhaps the teacher is a normal, heterosexual, happily married person who was just going overboard and dived into inappropriate areas. But I'd take a close look.

The teach assumed the boy was transgender? Was he wearing a dress? Was he wearing pink or pastel colored shirt? Does he have more friends who are girls?
Another scary thing is that this story only seems to have appeared in Life Site News, Daily UK, and a Fox news site. I couldn’t find a local or state news site with the story.
Also, (and I’m just making an observation), I hope the issue isn’t being kept alive in the boys mind because of the lawsuit. I know the main thing I would have wanted would have been the head of the teacher. I couldn’t (at least publicly) have that, so I’d at least want her fired. That is not mentioned but money is. And the more damage to the boy, the more the money. I just hope any therapy the boy is involved with now and possibly an unconscious desire the keep problems alive for monetary reward isn’t causing the boy more damage.

Many “educators” are absolute nitwits. This teacher has the nerve to emotionally abuse this child. I hope the parents not only sue the school system but also the useless abusive teacher personally. LIBs are malignancies where ever they exist. How pathetic and disgusting. Through her abuse this teacher may have ruined this innocent child’s life.
