Turley is one of the few lawyers who is cleared to handle TS/SCI/SAP cases. He represented the folks injured by chemicals at Area 51.

I see where he’s coming from because I’ve been there. It’s one of those hopefully rare occasions when a client rejects your legal advice and is determined to pursue a really stupid course of action not in the client’s best interest.

The Democrap Party has long-ceased their role as elected govt officials looking to better the lives of Americans.
They are, in word and deed, a vicious invading force waging war on, we, the peace-loving people.
Grabbing more and more power is the Democrap’s obsession.

TURLEY: House Judiciary Committee Chair Nadler has chosen to focus the contempt charge on the AG Barr's
unwillingness to release a tiny redacted fraction of the Mueller report, "the weakest possible contempt claim."
Turley warns that pursuing it will damage the House, not the administration.

House Democrats are seeking to hold America's chief law enforcement officer in contempt of Congress for declining to commit a crime. Bold strategy. It doesn't get any more blunt than that.
Any member of Congress who votes to hold the U.S. Attorney General in contempt under these circumstances is a flaming @sshole.

So Turley is on record advising Congress that they were asking Barr to violate the law, potentially at the exoense of his nomination. Coercion? You betcha.
But Nadler and his cronies have gone a step beyond, citing Barr in contempt for not breaking the law. Blackmail, abuse of authotity under cor of law? Conspiracy to. Suborn a felony? There must be laws broken.
Ph, but Nadler would claim Privilege in that anything said in Congress is above the lae. Sweet irony, I say. Do it, Barr, press charges. Indict the Congressional basterds.

Sure sounds to me like Blackmail, Extortion, Coercion Conspiracy to Commit Multiple Felonies,.. all on the Part of the Demonrats on the Committee, Barr should secure Indictments against all of them and ARREST them. Let the Court straighten it out.

The only reason Mueller kept the investigation alive for two years was so he could pass the witch hunt baton onto the House Democrats, knowing that the House would likely flip to the Democrats during the mid-term elections, as is usually the case. Now the Democrats will continue the witch hunt until the 2020 election in order to keep their base energized. Question is, will this strategy help them retake the White House, or will it backfire.
To: jazusamo
Turley is not left leaning, however, I do agree with him.

Does it not follow that the redacted material, material redacted with Mueller’ approval, would only be germane if it was the evidence needed to prove something. Thus Nadler is in effect accusing Mueller of covering up his own report.
