In his first TV interview since the Mueller report was released, former FBI Director James Comey told CBS News Wednesday morning that he disagrees with Attorney General William Barr, who thinks that "spying did occur" on the Trump campaign.
"Yeah, I have no idea what he's talking about," Comey said. "The FBI doesn't spy. The FBI investigates. We investigated a very serious allegation that Americans might be hooked up with the Russian effort to attack our democracy. The Republicans need to breathe into a paper bag.

But, the Pickle Factory does.I agree.
Me thinks Comey is trying to save his own skin. A transparent attempt to throw Brennan and Clapper under the bus.

For a guy going to prison for spying, he doesn’t know much about it.

No Comey’s a mental defective and living in a fantasy world. The FBI from it’s very inception was an organization whose foundation was built on domestic spying. Only they called it wiretaps, stakeouts and tailing suspects, all pretty words that still mean they are spying on someone and we all know not always a criminal.

No, no, no. We do NOT spy. We infiltrate and observe covertly. But we NEVER spy.

They are taking the route that the spying was justified by the threat.
Good luck with that Soap on a Rope Comey.

Comey needs a bag over his head with a zip tie around his neck, pulled as tight as 2 people can get it.

So spying should be removed from the dictionary. No such word. Always should be replaced with the word Investigating.

How did the republic get to this point? The GOP kept compromising its position on anything and everything in order to get along with the RATs.

The GOP kept compromising its position on anything and everything in order to get along with the RATs. We the law abiding at this point in our history, have zero representation.

This is coming from a guy who thought it was okay for the FBI to strongarm Apple into granting the Bureau backdoor access to everyone’s smartphone.
