The day went pretty smoothly until the end. We always do a “test post” for the payroll. That usually works, so the actual payroll can be posted and we are done. The “test post” worked, the real post did not. I finally left as there were only a couple things they could still try, but nothing I could help with...
It is highly likely that calls were made and a solution won’t be found til morning. It’s unsettling that it won’t post.
Darn the luck. Just can’t get a day to go smoothly all the way through.
I hope they’re able to fix the problem early in the morning so those folks can get their checks.
