I lived in a very gay city, Long Beach, CA, for 15 years, in a neighborhood where lesbians and gay men settle once they are done with the bars and single life. They seemed pretty faithful to me. Often married and with kids. However, most of my gay male friends who are single or casually hooked up do invite others in sometimes. It is a little gay male secret that the couple can go clubbing together.
They stay together but have multiple partners and parties around that
They run twinks together
I’m very familiar with homosexuals too
Homosexual women are another matter
They get jelly easy but tend to indeed stay unified and monogamous

Boys in my era didn’t come out till 20s
Now at 60 all except one are dead.....and Annette and i cared for one as he was dying with aids dementia in our home till he had to have full care
