US officials: Iran moving ballistic missiles by boat

Intelligence showing that Iran is likely moving short-range ballistic missiles aboard boats in the Persian Gulf was one of the critical reasons the US decided to move an aircraft carrier strike group and B-52 bombers into the region, several US officials with direct knowledge of the situation told CNN on Tuesday.

The concerns over the movement of the missiles was one of multiple threads of intelligence from various sources that led the US to believe Iran had a capability and intention to launch strikes against US targets, the report said.

US Central Command spokesperson Capt. Bill Urban said they had seen "indications that Iranian and Iranian proxy forces were making preparations to possibly attack US forces in the region."

It's not clear if the Iran could launch the missiles from the boats or if they are transporting them to be used by Iranian forces on land.

The Pentagon is considering sending additional firepower to the region including anti-missile defense systems, the officials said.

Israel has a great navy —I support them.

I wish them luck in sinking these Iranian ships.

It’s an action I will richly welcome.

Now, several decades late —maybe a century late— we have a WALL to build.

You usually hear “ninety-nine of one hundred FBI agents are clean.” That only leaves 250 rotters to infect the works.

"Like I said, thousands of FBI personnel and not even a
small handful of 10-20 whistleblowers ..."

The Obama Regime had eight years to fill up the
FBI with their sort of recruits and managers.
Considering what these Obama creeps have done
to Pres. Trump I wouldn't put it past them to screen
potential FBI/CIA employees on whether political
(leftist/conservative) beliefs or attitudes.

I wouldn’t doubt what you said at all. Probably more true than we can conceive.

I have mentioned this before, but not expounded on it as my friend is still living. In 1998, said friend, who had retired from the ClA told me that it was overrun by a Foreign Country which I choose not to mention- that they had access and influence over intel denied to American Agents.

He had been in stations overseas, and also working in Langley. His entire career was devoted to that Agency. Remember, that was back in ‘98.

*** So you guys are claiming that the entire intelligence community is corrupt or incompetent; no honest patriots at all, right? ***

I knew one who wasn’t corrupted. He was very angry at the transformation of the agency to which he had devoted himself.

Is your someone still living? Mine is in his eighties now, and I have only mentioned in a vague (I hope) way this 3 times in 21 years.

When it comes to “intelligence sources” and their propaganda, some people will never learn.
