not this morning...by May 1.
Oh, OK...I gotcha. IOW, Bart was subpoenaed by goNadsLer to break the law?
Exactly, and Nadless knows AG Barr is not about to break the law.
Can’t wait until Barr starts sending out indictments from the IG report. Hopefully Schiff will be on the list for leaking classified documents.
Then the rats will understand the meaning on unintended consequences.
Axios national political reporter Jonathan Swan has the reputation of being the objective person in the room when hes on panels often dominated by open partisans and media folks pushing left-wing narratives. In an appearance during ABCs This Week on Sunday, Swan popped a few liberal bubbles when it came to suggestions that President Trumps tweets about former VP Joe Biden meant he was afraid. He also mocked the bluster of Congressional Democrats and their arbitrary deadlines.
Transcript -
SWAN: Lets be honest. Its farcical. How many deadlines has Jerry Nadler given? High-noon deadlines? April 2, you must release the Mueller Report. And then the Justice Department said, Oh thats really cute. Were not going to do that.
________________________________
Jonathan KARL(ABC): And the deadlines on his taxes.
SWAN: Oh, Matt Whitaker, you must comply. No, actually we’ll back off. Bill Barr, you must testify! And guess what. On Monday morning 9:00 a.m. the latest deadline
KARL: Another deadline.
SWAN: Pound sand will be Bill Barr’s response to that. And they just keep doing it. Because heres what the dirty secret is, they can hold him in contempt. It’s been done before. It matters nothing. It goes through the courts, its going to get dragged out. Bill Barr knows he has the power and he is telling them to go shove it.
CHRIS CHRISTIE: Jon, listen, when Mary turned the phrase of people being frustrated and furious, that reminded me of the last time we held an attorney general in contempt.
[Crosstalk]
The Republican Congress, held Eric Holder in contempt over Fast and Furious, and what happened? Nothing, because you know what happens? That gets referred to the Justice Department for prosecution. And Eric Holder went, Meh, I dont think I’ll prosecute myself. Well, if you think Bill Barrs going to have any different answer, you can forget it. That’s what’s going to happen.
Maybe it's about time to announce when the report will be out. Exact date, not this sometime in whatever. That means never to me.
Can WE vote to hold the House Judiciary Committee in contempt?
tagline
Aren’t they “Obstructing Justice” by interfering with the AG’s sworn Duty, who just happens to be Investigating THEM!!??
How. Dare. They.
What this country needs is a good crop of tumbril makers.
What the hell kind of stoopids continue voting for this ass clown?
What this country needs, is 10 public hangings per day, on the National Mall.
democrats are unfit to serve in any of the three branches of government.
I believe the Democrats get 99% of the dead and imaginary person vote. It's a tough demographic to beat.
And the latest:
Imprisoning Bill Barr is lefts new rallying cry: Have him locked up

Evil idiots.
Key point:
“Rep. Doug Collins of Georgia, the top Republican on the committee, blasted Mr. Nadler, saying the subpoena requires the attorney general to release confidential grand jury information, which would violate federal law. “
I agree, I read that piece awhile ago and they're batcrap crazy along with being evil idiots.
“Seems like it would be a crime for Nadler to solicit the AG to commit a crime..??..”
Yes. Nadler is the one who should be locked up. He is committing a crime, by making the demands.
Holder was GUILTY and got away with it. Barr is not guilty of anything, but he will not get “away” with it. Funny how our effed up government works
