And yet you still root for the Yankees after they banned Kate Smith’s great rendition of God Bless America?

“Kike”? He probably wouldn’t get along well in Yankee Stadium. This guy is just a field hand, not a manager. One career-ending injury and he can go back to his native island and get a job picking pineapples or bananas or whatever they grow there.

Yeah and our guy Bernie Williams who plays charity concerts as a professional musician and doesn’t banter with hate...Everyone knows what happened in P.R.

Playing the game is quite different, it is a lot of fun to play, I loved it as a kid.

I just cannot watch it. There is too much dead time, and too little action to justify the dead time.

I could probaly watch playoff baseball a little, but...regular season with 162 games? Each game means nothing, absolutely zero. I don’t get that.

I used to be a hockey fan and a basketball fan too at one time, but even those have a lot of games so each game is meaningless except at the end of a season if vying for a playoff spot.

I have nothing against the game or people who watch, it just doesn’t suit me is all.

Not for nothing but I would like to see the President curtail meeting with these championship sports teams. It show no useful purpose only for publicity for anti-Trumpers,

This is what happens when Republicans keep chasing after athletes and celebrities. Has the White House invited anyone whose kids are bring involuntarily transgendered?

So true, but it is certain teams and athletes that destroyed the tradition of being honored by the Nation.

Maybe they let “Pickaninny Heaven” be played instead.

Playing the game is completely different than watching.

I was a pitcher so I only got to play every 4 days (this was back in the mid 60s). Otherwise I just had to watch, but at least I had pretty good seats.

Yep, for 6 years, then he went to Cleveland. His brother, Joey was a fan favorite for the Mariners.

I went to one game at Fenway about 7 years ago. The ticket was free and it was as a favor that I went. Our seats were behind a steel girder, could not see the Centerfield scoreboard, and just about everybody was playing Candy Crush on their cell phones.

Stupidest experience of my life, and other than that time, I also have watched no MLB in close to 30 years.

What the people of Puerto Rico need is to roll up their sleeves, get off their lazy welfare butts and begin cleaning up their own yards.

Stop waiting for someone else to do it. They’re so corrupt.

So what is his real game? The head Witch of Puerto Rico was on the news claiming that the US was NOT sending help. She was standing in front of boxes clearly labeled, “US AID.”
My guess is that he just wants to diss our PDJT. Hard to believe that he could be that ignorant.

(As if it were needed) simply more evidence how falling down easy it is for Dems/media to sucker low info people. Guy probably couldn’t name 2 members of the Supreme Court, the Vice President or both U.S. Senators from Mass.

If his goal really was to get more money for Puerto Rico, yes, he could make a difference by actually going to the White House.

That’s not his goal. His goal is to be loved in Massachusetts. He doesn’t want to be shunned the way Dershowitz has been shunned. He wants to keep his job and letting everybody know he’s anti-Trump will help ensure that.
