Someone on FR once said Napolitano changed after a suspension from FNC. He came back with a bad attitude towards President Trump.

Andrew Napolitano can start from a perfectly valid legal foundation, then argue out into a specific that has little to do with the original generality. I call this “one-eyed logic”, which proceeds without regard for mitigating circumstances and changing conditions as they arise and prevail.
While the reasoning may be impeccable, the conclusion manages to overlook much important data, either by failure to examine that other data, or simply ignoring it.
Right up there with Dick Morris I presume.

When she was cnn’s legal analyst, she was never right about a damn thing.... because she based her opinions on pure emotion.
