President Trump on Sunday blamed political correctness for a controversial decision at the Kentucky Derby that led to the disqualification of the apparent winner in favor of a 65-to-1 long shot.
The Kentuky Derby decision was not a good one. It was a rough and tumble race on a wet and sloppy track, actually, a beautiful thing to watch, Trump wrote on Twitter, misspelling the states name. Only in these days of political correctness could such an overturn occur. The best horse did NOT win the Kentucky Derby not even close!

The folks who made the decision know far more about the rules of horse racing than Trump does. He should leave such things to the experts and stay out of it.
I call it what it is.
I’m not a NeverTrumper, but I am no EverTrumper as so many here slavishly are.
Exactly.
Please dont listen to all these ignoramuses.
As soon as it went official, the placings of all were posted. MS was placed 17th, BEHIND THE PLACINGS OF THE HORSES HE SCREWED UP, which included the 16th-place horse, Long Range Toddy.
He is not last, he is not DNF (did not finish) or not given credit for running as some other ignoramus stated here. DQ horses are places behind whichever other horses they interfered with.
In the old days...and I mean old....DQ meant the horse was simply placed last. That stopped some time ago, like more than a century.
MS officially placed in front of 2 other horses.
"Without rules, we might as well all be up in a tree, flinging our crap at each other." - Red Foreman. - And I agree...it was pretty obvious. It was a rule violation. Was it intentional? Doesn't matter. Apparently, many Freepers are selective (which we have seen on many occasions) and think the President is always right and rules apply only SOME of the time...when we want them to. That makes us hypocrites.
How liberal of you. Enjoy your world.
Sometimes I wonder if it’s really Trump doing the tweets. Is someone wording and getting his approval? He half-ass looks at and says okay?
