Three years ago, then-president Barack Hussein Obama (D) mocked the plans of his sure-not-to-be-successor, Donald J. Trump (R), for the country, comparing them to his oh, so successful eight-year "scandal free," high unemployment, high food stamp use, successful administration.
"He just says, 'I'm gonna negotiate a better deal.' Well how? How exactly are you going to negotiate that?" Obama said during the town hall portion of the event. "What magic wand do you have? And usually the answer is, he doesn't have an answer."Well, that was then. And this is now.
To Obama's shock and dismay, Trump is president. For the past two and a half years, Trump has been waving his magic wand, banishing burdensome regulations; lowering taxes; appointing savvy people to top government posts; and yes, negotiating.
Friday's Drudge Report's banner headline sums up the pervasive success of Trump's magic negotiating wand, successfully sprinkling economic free-market magic dust equally on everyone.

Headlines at Drudge that obama never had.
ENVY OF THE WORLD
UNEMPLOYMENT 49-YEAR LOW
WAGE HITS $27.77/HOUR
STOCK MARKET ENDLESS RALLY
TRUMP APPROVAL 50%
Obambi is trying to take credit now.
Those that can: Do
Those that can’t: Teach
Those that can’t teach: Are politicians.
“The NY Times attributed the growth in worker wages (first in many, many years) to the increased minimum wage in some cities.”
Some union contracts are based on x times minimum wage. Minimum wage goes up, union wages go up without any negotiation.
President Trump’s “magic wand” consisted primarily of eliminating as many of his jug-eared moron predecessor’s detrimental regulations, taxes, and bureaucratic impediments on business, along with giving taxpayers more of their money back to spend on themselves and their families. In effect, the “magic wand” is always the opposite of any libtard policy...
That’s the difference between a patriot and an ineligible usurper.
Obama is a good example of the effects on a male person when there is no daddy in the house.
Any economist worth his salt will tell you the best economic system is regulated capitalism.
Unfortunately, too many in our government think the secret sauce is in the regulation part.
Trump has shown that, just like too much salt will ruin a stew, too much regulation ruins capitalism. A little is necessary, Too much kills it.
Ditto man. Just big time dittos.
Hey remember that Joe was delegated to fix the economy?
Of course you do.
Hate these people.
To the clueless and the stuck on stupid, everything seems like magic
Obama projects his incompetence. His political philosophy creates poverty and hes incapable of even imagining anything else.
Thank you. Xoxoxo.
Magic? I thought that was Obamas schtick!
Bingo. It is amazing what American industry can do when its handcuffs are taken off.
3.6% unemployment and probably going to drop. I just got a 5% salary increase mid year just by asking for it. I suggest you do the same.
Then, all should look to invest in stocks, although you should be prepared for a coming stock market correction of 20%. When it happens, that is when you buy big.
JoMa
Geese....you’re right!
Are you a lawyer?
Don’t tell me you’re a lawyer.
President Trump quite literally terrifies these A-holes on the Left!
That was one of the most annoying things about Hussein. He LECTURED us all. Never seeming to consider others know as much or more about anything than him.
He is in hiding now, lest anyone find out about and record his bumbling, vapid discourse.
Heres the real problem. 0bama could have done what Trump has if he wanted. 0bama accomplished exactly what he wished to.
