There are a number of Congress critters who are not fit for office.

Nothing new there. The state of Virginia was represented for years in the Senate by Carter Glass, one of the most repulsive characters ever to emerge from the swamp.

Senators are simply three-term, extra-arrogant, popularly elected representatives.

To reset the standard and restore our Framers’ deliberative Senate, repeal the 17th Amendment. There is no alternative.
