In the most fiery exchange so far during Attorney General William P. Barr’s Senate Judiciary testimony, Sen. Lindsey Graham interrupted questioning to accuse Sen. Mazie Hirono of “slandering” the Justice Department’s top official.
“You have slandered this man from top to to bottom,” Mr. Graham said. “You want more of this line of questioning, you are not going to get it.
The moment came while Ms. Hirono, Hawaii Democrat, was grilling Mr. Barr with questions about allegations that President Trump sought to thwart special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe.
But she also called Mr. Barr a liar and accused him of trying to conceal Mr. Trump’s alleged misdeeds.
“Being attorney general of the Untied States is a sacred trust,” she said. “You have betrayed that trust. America deserves better. You should resign.”

I agree. I don’t believe people realize how close they were of succeeding.
Those early months were really tough. The GOP, Dems, etc all were against Trump. Remember?

Mueller was all out trying to find dirt on Trump.

No, probably not, but I can assure you that Hawaiians hate haoles, who is anyone other than them.
It is my fervent hope that one of the Democratic miscreants running for President chooses Hirono as VP candidate.
What is truly amazing is that she is actually LESS likeable than Hillary.

She is Japan born Japanese . A ‘naturalized’ U.S. immigrant ,with a very shaky immigration narrative .
We have long suspected ( here in Hawaii) that he father was actually a Japanese soldier in WW2 , who spent his time trying to kill Americans .
An investigative reporter needs to go to Japan and root out the real story behind the Hirono family (father had a different name )
People here in Hawaii consider it an unpardonable disgrace that she regularly drags Hawaii’s reputation thru the mud with her idiotic antics .
