Sounds like an interesting setup which he should sell to Popular Mechanics or other such magazine. I'd imagine it came with a good heating bill and light bill.

But it very well have paid off because fresh vegetables are not exactly cheap in that part of the world either. Roppongi Hills was absolutely fascinating the way they have a thriving greenspace in one of the world's leading cities. It would be even more fascinating to see the same principles applied in a place like Whitehorse.

Like a heat pump? During the summer it pulls the heat out of the house. It also pulls the humidity out of the house. In the winter it pulls heat from outside.
