Hopefully, we will get a cite to a section of the Constitution, a statute, or case law that covers a military officer’s “right” to insubordination.
He has the right to disobey, what he considers to be an ‘unlawful order’. But he better be able to articulate why he considered it an unlawful order. And saying, “I didn’t like it”, isn’t one of them.
