Horowitz does not have subpoena authority and can only force interviews with current federal employees. It’s possible Rosenstein turns out to be a “good guy”. We’ll see ...

We'll see?

He's part of the Uranium One coverup, he's part of Mueller's witch hunt, he signed a FISA warrant, he stonewalled on releasing documents, he threatened Jim Jordan's staff, he's (possibly) tried to use the 25th amendment against Trump and is now he's out the door.

It's pretty evident he's not a good guy.

I wonder how many in government work got their job through networking with former like-minded lazy associates or know nothing college buddies?

Right on! Rosenstein couldn’t testify in the coming trials if he was still with the DOJ. Same with Sessions.

Nonsense. Nobody forced Rotten Rod to sign a fraudently FISA warrant application renewal, write a biased scope memo and turn a blind eye for TWO YEARS as Mueller and his 16 angry Democrats used police state tactics against POTUS and his supporters. Frankly, he belongs under criminal investigation at a minimum.

Precisely. I would like to add that he wanted to "wire" trump to activate the 25th amendment against Trump. too. And when the Mueller investigation started to drift away from the purely "Russian Collusion" scam, it was Rosentein that said that HE would have to approve of that personally. Well, he did. Not much of a blind eye there.

I wouldn’t call it a fix. I think RR was flipped.

I got mine because the LtCol I worked for when I retired from the Marine Corps was incompetent. Long story.

Yep. The rest is just speculation, but soft landings like this don't come for free. And he's in a very good position to anticipate who's going down and who walks. Flip or go down with them.

Flipped might be overgenerous.

He was held hostage for appearances the last month and, yes, will be allowed to slither out.

You missed the post scripts:

P.S. And that little signature of mine on the FISAs was just a clerical error.

P.P.S. Really, honestly, I was just joking about wearing a wire.

P.P.P.S. Bobby M. made me do it, I swear!

Actually, it’s the opposite. The administrative IG no longer has any jurisdiction over him if he is no longer an employee of DOJ. Guilty as sin, free as a bird.

Nobody is going down criminally because the GOP won’t support criminal prosecution of Democrats to the benefit of Donald J. Trump.

We’ll get some beltway theater red meat for the GOP base from the likes of Graham and that will be it. This is now purely a political “matter” for 2020. Sorry.

Correctly. Apparently, Rotten Rod authorized the theatrical and jackbooted FBI SWAT team raid on Roger Stone nearly a year after Mueller had determined no collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign had taken place. This is part and parcel of a police state and Rod Rosenstein will be damned by history for his role in it.

WINNING!

It AMAZES me that there isn’t ONE SINGLE ‘Journalist’ out there that could gather the data and blow this entire Witch Hunt of President Trump OUT of the water and win accolades and a Pulitzer! (Though, basically worthless, but those in that ‘circle’ think it’s Cool Beans!)

This IS your Woodward and Bernstein Moment! For the Love of Gawd - GRAB IT!
