When did history books start giving opinions?!?!
I know some folks here think it’s young, but i’m kinda glad i’m turning 51.
In 30 years this country won’t be recognizable.
It’s not recognizable from 30 years ago.
The writers’ use of the passive voice is heinous.
It would be fine to say that the inner city ghetto dwellers of color viewed police forces as such-and-such. That allows room for an account of other citizens viewing them differently.
But to raise this point would be to get screamed at for “oh, aren’t you sympathetic to these poor poor people”?
