Here’s the thing: universal healthcare is a feminist issue. Widening access to education is a feminist issue. A foreign policy that doesn’t involve constantly bombing other countries is a feminist issue. Refusing to cozy up to Saudi Arabia is a feminist issue. Calling out Israel for its treatment of Palestinians is a feminist issue. As far as I’m concerned, Sanders is the most feminist candidate in the race. Nevertheless, as the primaries progress, I’m sure we’re going to hear a lot more about how he just doesn’t get women.
Has the Bernster mentioned the proper way to beat the wife yet? I'm pretty sure it's a feminist issue.

Nevertheless, as the primaries progress, I’m sure we’re going to hear a lot more about how he just doesn’t get women.One of my closest millennial friends (as much as a Boomer can have a close millennial friend) is female and a Berniebot. I 100% disagree with her, but I also have to respect her, because she believes in him for the same reason I believed in McGovern when I was her age in '72: because we were idealists who want America to be the best it can be for its people. The difference is that I grew up, and as long as she has more than the leftist voices in her ear, she should too.
