With respect, the ratification of the US Constitution does not support the argument that secession was not allowed or was unconstitutional. Quite the opposite.
To save bandwidth on this great site, I post a link to one of my earlier posts that summarizes that early history:
Also true.
The plain TRUTH is that the REVISIONISTS are STATISTS & care only for what is now accepted as “fact” & makes the “sheeple” feel comfortable with the knowing lies that they have been told, even when those “facts” are nothing more than uninformed opinions. “created facts” (Read: FICTION) & mindless drivel.
In “modern America” telling lies is considered “OK” if it makes the audience “feel good” about the “prevailing popular view”.
(When I was in grad school in the 1970s, “Revisionists” were thought to be “grasping at straws” & were often referred to as “those lunatics”. - In the 21st century, the Revisionist far left has succeeded in “shouting down” the traditional scholars at most every “institution of higher learning” by claiming that everyone who disagrees with their LEFTIST (some would say: COMMUNIST/Anti-American) opinions are “racists”, “homophobes”, “NAZIS” and/or “white nationalists”.)

Interesting exercise in opinion.
However, the issue is not the Tenth Amendment when referring to that conflict of the 1860s; the constitution adopted by the seceding states made that utterly plain.
