Absent actual prison time, it would not bother me one bit to see Hillary hounded into financial oblivion for the remainder of her life over what she has done. To have her wrapped around the axle personally for the remainder of her life is a form of justice.
How did Martha Stewart get jail time, while hillary and members of her coven have had no consequences? McCain was allowed to go to the grave, with a hero’s farewell, instead of spending his last days in Guantanamo or where ever.
I have thought for a long time that it would probably be a fate worse than jail for Hillary and Bill if the Clinton Foundation was “taken away” from them .... whatever form that would take. Some sort of justice/punishment via the CF would also be more likely than actual jail time & from what I’ve read, the CF is and has been in violation of all sorts of rules/regs, but the Lois Lerners in gov’t have turned a blind eye thus far. The Bonnie & Clyde of politics are power & money hungry & their base/source of both is the Clinton Foundation. I’m guessing a lot of fair weather ‘friends’ would also be dropping like flies if the Clintons did not have the CF any more. Your description of ‘financial oblivion’ is pretty much what I’m thinking.
