SCOTUS needs to slap down these judges for overreaching their jurisdictions.
This judges rulings are “ham-fisted” and based on his liberal bias rather than the Constitution. No doubt in my mind he has no problems with a CA law requiring anti-abortion healthcare clinics being required to tell patients about abortions. Hypocrite is the single word that so aptly describes most democrats and democrat judges.
Judges who warn they’ll overturn something like a governor would warn of a veto

All I needed to see was “a Federal judge in Oregon” and I knew it’d be bad.
US District Judge Michael J. McShane is another Barack Obama stooge, that chief justice John Roberts swears do not exist, that is paying Obama back for his appointment.
One judge in a single district can lock up the whole country. They really need to change this.
