According to Wikipedia, Waters was the 5th child of thirteen, raised by her single mother, after her father deserted them when she was 2years old. Which means her mother bore EIGHT more children, most of them after her father left. Now, Maxine is in no way responsible for her mother’s fecundity and promiscuity, but it may explain a lot about what makes her tick.

Congresswoman Maxine Waters recently tweeted an endorsement of impeachment proceedings, saying “Mueller kicked the impeachment ball to the Congress. The Constitution gives the responsibility to Congress to impeach an unfit president - "high crimes and misdemeanors." What more do we need?”

Congresswoman Maxine Waters sounds too much like the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland. She appears to have a limited vocabulary and understanding of the word impeachment.

She is tedious and repetitious is she not?
