It has pained U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to watch how the White House and Justice Department handled Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller’s two-year investigation - particularly U.S. Attorney General William Barr’s actions after the long-awaited report landed.
Holder, attorney general from 2009 to 2015 under President Barack Obama, said Barr’s move to summarily absolve the president before releasing the report, both in his summary to Congress and in a press conference this week, is incongruent with the independence expected of that department.
“He’s making mistakes. The attorney general of the United States is the people’s lawyer, not the president’s lawyer,” said Holder, who keynoted the “Justice Demands” Gala of the James B. Moran Center for Youth Advocacy at Mayne Stage in Rogers Park on Thursday.

The right people sure are mad at Barr, but there are several people here itching for Barr to be as “effective” as Sessions, so they can say, “I told you so!” or something.

As my previous post show, I do not trust barr. He is a founding member of the deep state, a bushie and jeb supporter. But I like the fact that he is being pushed into a corner where if he doesn’t deliver and uncover the corruption, he will be viewed as a Trump puppet forever. But I guess it is also possible that if he completes the frame job on Trump, which is the goal of the deep state, he will be elevated to a spot on Mt. Rushmore.

The role a real AG should serve in America’s present-day corrupt deep-state and DC swamp is political enforcer / palace guard / consigliere for the President.
That’s what Holder and Lynch did for Obama, helping him wage political warfare. Obama even made sure they were black, to give an added layer of loyalty.
