Notre-Dame, the curious coincidence of the 16 statues removed before the fire
Before fire, $6.8 million renovation project offered rare glimpse of Notre Dame statues
Now wallass is kissing shifts butt. Hate this azs
You forgot the big-mouth Whoraldo. (Jerry Rivers)
What we get with Trump is a little bit of light into just how dishonest and out of control the government and press are. Once Trump is out of office, things will return to “normal.”
Not to worry. Failed institutions is part of the human condition.
So, did you ever play in the corn?
People who were rural kids, chime in here? Did you play in the corn?
Another corn field story.
I was a wise-a$$ teen when I got my first car, which was a beat-up Volkswagen beetle I bought for $10! Had no passenger front seat (used a milk crate here) and was three different colors. Eventually me and my friends painted it blue with a roller brush!
Anyway, one night while blitzed (us rurals sadly did a lot of blitz driving at night—no traffic to speak of though) I decided it would a good idea to take a short-cut through a corn field. The VW is a unibody and laid that corn flat and made a nice little avenue. So I did a few donuts and lanes before I left and then we went to a local pizza joint. Well, while waiting for my pizza I noticed several corn stalks sticking out from under the VW, with a line of them on the street from where we came!
I pulled them all out from my car and got the hell out of there before the sheriff’s deputy did his nightly patrol!
I traded that VW, and $125, for a 67 Pontiac LeMans Sport. Looked just like a GOAT (GTO). I loved that car!
Any bets on whether there will be any religious symbols in the new Notre Dame? Happy Easter.
Looks like ISIS got a hold of them!
Okay.
You may have the last word.
WTF was he thinking saying that? The media will have a field day with it.... He should have said,,"at least we didn't pay for it like Hillary"
The Sows should kick in a couple Bil....(but they won't)
I’ve already left.
Join me!
The Democrats promise to stop Trump is a great fundraiser.
They have a machine with their friends in low places; the media. Everyone is an enemy who doesn’t support their nonsense. This is all about raising more money to buy political commercials as payback to the Democrats in the Media. Someone has to pay these talking heads. The real goal
is “Power” to control our lives, taking away more rights.
Bernie had to be a Capitalist to make so much money on his stupid book. He wants everyone else to be a Socialist!
the statues were beheaded?
You’re right.
Somebody tell me what Geraldo brings to the table.
He found Al Capone’s vaults?
I turn channel on him as well.
It was Mary Magdalene
If he knew there was no crime within 2 months of investigation can we say he obstructed Trump’s Presidency?
It’s a Benjamin Larri.
Quite curious, indeed!
So many questions, with the statues, alone!
Do you suppose the construction company was/will be set up?
They (the company) had completed many other Cathedral renovation projects taking painstaking care not to have any sort of flammables on premises.
That’s a funny story.
I was only 14 when we lived on a farm....I shall write a book about it some day.
The entire house burned to the ground. We had pigs and cows. We knew nothing about farming.
NOTHING!!!
But yeah, we played in the corn and honestly we did eventually grow our own corn.
Which was delicious, delicious, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost.
On weekends we would light a big fire in our yard, put on a big pot of freshly picked and plucked corn, and eat corn all day. Melted butter and watermelon laid in our beautiful spring to get cold.
In fact, I fed my daughter corn on cob quite often, I adore it, and Kaitlyn-granddaughter-too loves corn.
so as planning the Easter dinner, of course we shall have corn on the cob.
Maryland Silver Queen corn....best corn on cob in the world.
Here is Jane Harman
