Mueller Made 14 Referrals Of Potential Crimes To Outside Offices
Talking Points Memo ^ | April 18, 2019 | Nicole Lafond

Posted on 04/18/2019 5:10:14 PM PDT by BeauBo

Special counsel Robert Mueller referred 14 cases of potential criminal activity to outside offices because the cases were “outside the scope of the special counsel’s jurisdiction,” according to the Mueller report. We know about two of them: Michael Cohen’s alleged wire fraud and Federal Employees’ Compensation Act violations case and ex-Obama administration official Gregory Craig’s alleged FARA violations. Both were referred to the Southern District of New York. The other 12 referrals of potentially criminal evidence were all redacted for reasons of “harm to ongoing matter”

And the report crucially noted that if Mueller found clear evidence that Trump didn’t obstruct justice, he would’ve cleared him of it.

That's like saying that they were unable to find clear evidence that Trump did not commit murder. if Mueller found clear evidence that Trump didn’t commit murder, he would’ve cleared him of it.

“John Solomon: Obama Administration Spying on Trump Began in January 2016”

I watched Guiliani burst Chris Wallace’s bubble today, about when the investigation/spying started on Trump. Wallace has long been cocksure that it started with Papadopoulos talking to Downer. Guiliani told him that was an arranged set up of an operation already underway, and you could see some surprise registering on Wallace.

Nadler's cries for a full report are, IMO, nothing more than the unmasking of the dems and friends of dems that are going to be on trial and if he gets that report, they will immediately begin establishing a crininal defense.

It's no longer about President Trump, it's all about saving their asses now.

I know, that is so bogus. You can’t prove a negative - that is why the burden of proof is on the prosecutor.

A prosecutor does not clear someone of allegations, they either prosecute or not.

The whole effing boondoggle was a massive waste of time and money with exactly one purpose: to blame something - anything - on Trump.

Yes: just like when he was doing the anthrax investigation at the FBI, he went out of his way not to indict (much less investigate) a single Mahometan and went after white males solely.

19 Apr: The Intercept: Glenn Greenwald: Robert Mueller Did Not Merely Reject the Trump-Russia Conspiracy Theories. He Obliterated Them
The two-pronged conspiracy theory that has dominated U.S. political discourse for almost three years – that (1) Trump, his family and his campaign conspired or coordinated with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election, and (2) Trump is beholden to Russian President Vladimir Putin — was not merely rejected today by the final report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. It was obliterated: in an undeniable and definitive manner...

As Mueller himself concluded, a reasonable debate can be conducted on whether Trump tried to obstruct his investigation with corrupt intent. But even on the case of obstruction, the central point looms large over all of it: there was no underlying crime established for Trump to cover-up...

The sweeping Mueller investigation ended with zero indictments of zero Americans for conspiring with Russia over the 2016 election...

But the contempt in which the media and political class is held by so much of the U.S. population – undoubtedly a leading factor that led to Trump’s election in the first place – will only continue to grow as a result, and deservedly so. People know they were scammed, that their politics was drowned for years by a hoax. And none of that will go away no matter how insulated media and political elites in Washington, northern Virginia, Brooklyn, and large West Coast cities keep themselves, and thus hear only in-group affirmation while blocking out all of that well-earned scorn.

17 Apr: GatewayPundit: HUGE!… John Solomon: Obama Administration Spying on Trump Began in January 2016 — Evidence Is Coming (VIDEO)
by Jim Hoft
The Hill’s John Solomon joined Sean Hannity on the eve of the release of the full Mueller Report on Thursday.
Solomon told Sean Hannity that the spying on the Trump campaign began back in January 2016 and it was all run by the Obama White House.

Solomon added that more evidence will be released NEXT WEEK!

John Solomon: One text message has always stuck out in my mind… And that is the text message from Peter Strzok to Lisa Page after coming out of one of the meetings… And the text says, “The White House is running this.” I covered law enforcement for 30 years. The White House does not normally run counter intelligence for Justice Department investigations. That text remained in my head for a long time. And over the last few weeks I’ve been reporting, I think Victoria (Toensing) in the last segment had something really important. She said January 1, 2017, there was at least one White House meeting. I think next week we’ll be talking about a meeting one year earlier where the origins of the Trump collusion case begin. A whole year earlier.

18 Apr: Sara Carter: Mueller’s Report Ends ‘WitchHunt’ But What’s About To Unfold Is The Real Story
What will unfold is investigation into what historians will consider one of the greatest political ‘witch-hunts’ in U.S. history. If justice is served, those responsible will be outed and prosecuted...
America needs to heal first and foremost.
But in order to heal the American justice system, that is revered around the world, must act swiftly and with strength to hold those accountable for these actions and bring those who broke the law to justice...

Starting to look like Barr did exaggerate the idea that Trump was exonerated. This BS is far from over.

Irked me that Barr made a point of saying that no American colluded with Russians

Remember that when this whole mess started Alan Dershowitz stated that President Trump was not at legal risk under a charge of "collusion" since there is no statute which mentions "collusion".

So Hillary Clinton and the DNC are equally not at risk of such an indictment whether it be with Russia or Ukraine.

I think the legal issues to be pursued are the legality of the FISA warrants and the propriety of the Obama administration running surveillance on the Trump campaign purportedly looking for Russian election interference without giving the Trump campaign a heads up.

Instead, it appeared that with the CEO of FusionGPS meeting with the lady Russian lawyer both before and after the Trump tower meeting that there was entrapment intended.

“Why are you posting this nonsense and why send them hits from here ?”

It had the part of the Mueller report that had the criminal referrals, embedded for viewing.

Two of the referrals, though redacted, are alphabetically between Cohen and Craig.

It is starting to look like the collusion in the origination of the dossier was with Ukraine, rather than Russia. They definitely had some Russians involved with the whole operation though, such as Natalya Veselnitskaya, in the Trump Tower meeting.

Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I think you’re right. Parsing eords is an old clintonista trick.

No americans were colluding with Russian does not mean no Americans were colluding with the ukes.

It’s brcoming obvious that’s where a lotta the collusion originated (check no name, too)

Podesta boys were deep into uke skams.
