That's a valid point. It IS difficult to quantify those things. But I'm making those statements based on what I know damn well to be the political agenda of the Republican Party, and the phony political grandstanding the GOP does as a matter of course.

I predicted in 2010 that the GOP would never repeal ObamaCare. I was right.

We all knew -- even before 2016 -- that the Republican Party is dominated by open-borders "free traders" in Washington. Heck -- Donald Trump was the first presidential candidate in my lifetime who ran his campaign in direct opposition to key elements of his own party's national platform (immigration and trade).

Trump has been an embarrassment to the Republican Party since the day he announced he was running for President. The party is filled with a bunch of feckless, corrupt @ssholes from top to bottom. Isn't that what we all found so appealing about Donald Trump as a presidential candidate, folks?

Oh, I was just getting started. Suppose the resources dedicated to invent a crime committed by Trump had been spent investigating apparent crimes committed by Hillary, DNC, RAT Inc? The weaponization of the Executive Branch? How many indictments, how much bad press? I believe that was part of the 'insurance policy.'

Gingrich flipped the House in 1994 because he successfully painted the RATs as corrupt...Rostenkowski, the House Post Office, etc. Does Trump maybe win five more seats in the Senate, hold the House? What's the political landscape?

Trump is one of history's only alchemists...instead of turning lead into gold, he's turned political B.S. into political gold. What could Trump have accomplished?

Just consider...if the regular political rules apply, there is no President Trump.

I was talking with a Democrat I know recently. He was going on about all the things he didn’t like about Trump. I asked if Trump had done anything he thought was good. He responded that looking hard at NAFTA and Chinese trade practices was a good thing.
