HE WAS RIGHT!!!!!!
THEY BASICALLY ####ED HIM OUT OF HIS FIRST TWO YEARS!!!!!!!
And still look at what he has accomplished.
Have you guys seen the LA Times. They are crowing the this report does NOT exonerate Trump from obstruction.
I left that out figuring it was a given but I should not have.
I made it sound like he couldn’t accomplish anything.
He accomplished MUCH.
But NOW we see him REALLY moving since this nonsense ended.
The next six years will bring even MUCH MORE tremendous change.
Exactly. Otherwise you can make any cockamamie accusation against a POTUS and start a phoney investigation and then nail him on resisting the charge.
Agree. The GOP controller the House and would not repeal Obamacare. They wouldnt even defund planned parenthood
Did you notice other than the comment during the WH ceremony for wounded warriors Trump refused to make any further comments about it.
I hope the Dem controlled HOR does impeach Trump and they can spend the next two years with that instead of pushing their 20 candidates for POTUS in the 2020 election.
Yes. Trump was angry about the investigation being an “special prosecutor” process which, like “imdependent” counsels he knows becomes a hunting expedition that lasts as long as the person handling it wants to keep it going. Meanhile, as the process goes on, leaks happen all over the place, and an administrations energy is squandered dealing with the investigation and all the innuendos and accusations that get promoted from it. It’s an albatross THAT is what angered Trump. His was NOT a concern about guilt. It was about the albatross that such investigations become.
Redactions @WSJ
Technically they are right. Exoneration of a crime can only come from a judge or jury at the end of a trial.
When there is no indictment and trial there is nothing to be exonerated of. No legal accusation has been made.
That’s not much at all. I expected a lot more redactions than that, all perfectly appropriate.
Trump didn't *have* to give up his easy life of celebrity status and wealth, plus doing what he loved (finding sites and visualizing huge projects to be built and then making them a reality) and being with his family. He gave that up big time to serve Americans as President.
A thankless task with vicious enemies picking at his body like harpies. 24 hours a day. Never a minute off.
May God bless Donald J. Trump and preserve him. Amen.
That’s really cool picture. Shows how open the report is.
Kinda funny to see a few pages solid black.
I thought it was to be color coded?
He didnt fire Sessions because Congress would have thrown a hissy fit and retaliated by refusing to support ANYTHING that Trump brought forth to make our country better -
There is zero evidence to back that claim despite how often that nonsense gets repeated around here.

There’s plenty of evidence Congress would have thrown a hissy fit. Lindsay Graham told Trump there would be “hell to pay” if he fired Sessions, and that Congress wouldn’t approve a replacement - obviously out of spite. There’s video of him saying it.
Now, since Sessions was obviously either a plant, utterly inept (or worse), the only reason for this attitude had to have been “loyalty” to a fellow Congress member. It’s not that Graham and his cohorts are utter idiots and couldn’t see that Sessions sucked at his job and was doing far more harm than good. They just didn’t care because, as I said, he was one of THEM.
I know that the day Mueller was appointed must have been a very dark day for Trump and I think he had other dark days that we do not even know about yet.
As you say, he gave up his easy life to serve as president. Puts me in mind of George Washington giving up his easy life at Mount Vernon (after all he'd been through up to that time) to serve as our first president.
Both Trump and Washington had already achieved so much in life and both were finally in position to enjoy their wealth in their final years - but duty called and they both answered the bell.
Once the Trump presidency is over (hopefully not until six years from now), there are going to be some incredible books written about the Trump years.

I think the best book will be “The Collected Tweets Of Donald Trump”. There are so many classic posts, I bet we’ve all forgotten most of them :-).
Well it’s of course not going to be over.....they’ll never let it go because it’s what they’re using to keep the hounds off their tails as said before....
Also the media has structured their entire year around keeping this thing alive.....because the media is very much a part of milking the public.
Did you see this? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3742993/posts
“Theres plenty of evidence Congress would have thrown a hissy fit.”
And there’s zero evidence that Trump would have given a damn since Trump never said or tweeted anything about it. Moreover Sessions handed Trump a resignation letter right after he recused himself and Trump refused it.
“Lindsay Graham told Trump there would be hell to pay if he fired Sessions, and that Congress wouldnt approve a replacement - obviously out of spite.”
The only people who think that would have been a problem for Trump are those who don’t know what’s in The Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998, (5 U.S.C. § 3345).
What Sessions didn't do is tell Trump he was going to recuse himself BEFORE he was nominated. An act of omission as treacherous as any swamp maneuver.
As Trump himself has said 'if I'd known he was going to recuse I wouldn't have nominated him'.
