Ann Coulter is an annoying self-promoter, but here is the thrust of her message: Sanders is an inconstant hypocrite, empty socialist panderer, and opportunist whose policies show he cares more about redistributing wealth to foreign invaders than helping America’s working class. It makes a fine contrast to Trump’s job creation and efforts (even if stymied by Democrats and lawfare) to stem the influx of unskilled labor that undermines wages.
Did I miss something? Does someone actually think Ann Coulter is relevant to anything?

There are so many here who are so emotional about her. The ad hominem argument is a fallacy, whether you think it means something that her disapproval matters, or whether you think your disapproval of her matters.
She has been angry that pres made a deal with pubbies about the govt shutdown. Does she have a point?
Closing the border is a means to an end.
Deporting aliens is a means to an end.
Supporting Trump is a means to an end.
Building a “wall” is not an end in itself and may not work without deportations and other impossible public policy changes.
