This tactic is intended to expand the list of democrat supporters. The theory is that each of 1000 candidates will develop a support base of new voters. To date they have garnered 10 million voters in all the lists combined. Unfortunately the grand total of new voters who love clown candidates is less than 1000 what with everyone signing up on every candidate’s list at least 10 times. Reportedly 90% of each candidate’s supporters are precinct captains.
