Presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg (D) was recently confronted by two protesters shouting about the biblical cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Two protesters interrupted Buttigieg, who is openly gay, during a speech in Fort Dodge, Iowa, shouting about the two cities that the Bible says were destroyed by what it calls sinful acts, including sodomy. They were both quickly shouted down by a crowd of 1,650 people chanting the South Bend, Ind., mayor’s name and escorted out of the area by security.
ADVERTISEMENT "The good news is the condition of my soul is in the hands of God, but the Iowa caucuses are up to you," Buttigieg said after the first protester was ushered away from the crowd.
"Remember the beauty of our democracy. Everyone here gets the exact same voice and vote. Feels like the numbers are on our side," he added after the second protester was removed.
When asked for further comment regarding the protesters, Buttigieg’s campaign directed The Hill to the candidate’s statements during the event.
Buttigieg’s sexual orientation has been thrust into the spotlight in recent days as he feuds with Vice President Pence over the former Indiana governor’s stances on the LGBTQ community. He was particularly critical of a 2015 law Pence signed that allowed businesses to use religious liberty as a defense if they believed the government was infringing on their exercise of religion. Critics said the law would allow businesses to discriminate against the LGBTQ community.
“The vice president is entitled to his religious beliefs,” Buttigieg said Tuesday on CNN’s “New Day.” “My problem is when those religious beliefs are used as an excuse to harm other people.”

If the positive media coverage continues and there are no sudden hit pieces (unlike so many of the other Dem contenders received immediately out of the gate), then I think it’s clear that Mayor Pete is a chosen one by the Dem establishment. He’d be a better fit as a VP candidate than a Presidential one, so I think that’s where they might be headed with him.
He is safely in the hands of Jesus, all he has to do is repent of his sins, denounce the lifestyle he is leading, get a divorce, and humble himself. Actually, while I do not believe this guy to be the one spoken of in Daniel 11:37, this verse may well be referring to such an openly hostile against God type of individual.
Depending on translation, The antichrist will either hate children, or he will not have a desire for women. These ideas are not mutually exclusive either.
And whoever he is, the antichrist will obviously be very popular at some point.
For such a person to rise, he will have the full media/entertainment industry behind him, and society will largely be conditioned to embrace the openly rebellious and extreme immorality the anti-christ will represent.
The NAZI hierarchy were almost all religous and militant humanist bug-chasers, just like this antichrist wanna-be.
As well, a high percentage of our society now believes this learned and perverted lifestyle to be genetic. I guess it makes sense, as a high percentage of society have been indoctrinated and dumbed down enough to also believe in man caused global warming too!
If nothing else, this guy going around with his husband, and kissing each other at political rallies, is serving to parade and further normalize all things anti-christian at the highest possible level.

It’s tempting to say that the thrust of culture is to loosen the grip on what is acceptable. But things like movies that could no longer be made, jokes that can no longer be told, monuments torn down and books pulled from school libraries suggest rebellion and oppression can coexist.
